We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Educational Director to lead our academic programs and foster an environment of excellence in education. As an Educational Director, you will oversee curriculum development, manage educational staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences aligned with institutional goals. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversee curriculum design, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and aligned with academic standards.
- Manage budgets effectively to support program development, staff training, and resource allocation.
- Lead and supervise educational staff, including faculty and administrative personnel, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Establish policies and procedures that promote academic integrity, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with university departments or external partners to expand educational offerings and research initiatives.
- Monitor program performance through data analysis and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve educational quality.
Qualifications
- Special Education Teacher Professional Certification B-2
- Proven experience in teaching students with disabilities in early childhood settings, with a strong background in classroom management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing educational programs.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, educational administration, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, parent engagement, and team collaboration.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and familiarity with IEP processes is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
