Trusted Touch Concierge Care is a premium private-pay concierge nursing practice founded by Crystal Jameson, RN, serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. We deliver white-glove, relationship-based nursing care directly to clients in their homes — filling the gap between physician visits and hospital-level care.
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing PRN contractor pool. Consistent hours and the opportunity for part-time to full-time availability exist for strong performers as client volume grows.
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in the private home setting under the direction of the supervising RN
- Perform vital sign monitoring, wound care, dressing changes, and skilled observations per physician orders and care plan Assist with medication administration and management as permitted under Florida LPN scope of practice
- Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate findings to the supervising RN promptly
- Provide post-surgical recovery support, chronic condition monitoring, and wellness visit services
- Deliver hospice comfort care and end-of-life support under RN and physician direction
- Support family members and caregivers with education and guidance as directed
- Represent Trusted Touch Concierge Care with the highest level of clinical professionalism and personal warmth
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN license in good standing — required
- Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write in English — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Reliable transportation throughout the Naples / SW Florida service area
- Clean background check required
- Prior home health, private duty, concierge, hospice, or post-surgical care experience strongly preferred Professional, polished demeanor suited to a premium, luxury-market private practice
- Strong clinical observation and documentation skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently within defined scope
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 independent contractor position
- PRN / as-needed schedule with potential for part-time to full-time hours as the practice grows
- Competitive per-visit or hourly rate — discussed at time of interview
