Server – McGuire’s Grill & Bar
Job Overview
McGuire’s Grill & Bar is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers to join our team. Servers are responsible for providing guests with welcoming, attentive service while accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping create a positive dining experience.
We are looking for team members who are outgoing, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
* Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests.
* Handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately.
* Follow all alcohol-service laws and McGuire’s policies when serving alcoholic beverages.
* Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
* Keep tables, dining areas, server stations, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
* Bus, clean, and reset tables as needed.
* Restock supplies throughout and at the end of each shift.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers.
* Help teammates during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.
* Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
* Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
