New Directions Northwest is seeking a passionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health team in beautiful Baker City, Oregon. This role provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented mental health services to adults within our Community Mental Health Program (CMHP).

About the Role
As a QMHP, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Complete crisis assessments and safety planning
- Coordinate care with medical providers, peer supports, housing services, and community partners
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to adults experiencing mental health challenges
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who:
- Meet Oregon's QMHP requirements
- Hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Have experience working with adults experiencing mental health challenges
- Value teamwork, professionalism, and community-centered care
- Possess strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
