with impact resistant windows and doors. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, fully
bilingual closer who knows how to connect with homeowners and bring deals across the finish line.
This is not a typical commission only grind. We provide the leads, our pre sales team builds the quotes,
and we assist with measurements. Installation and permitting are handled by our team after the sale. Your
focus is simple: meet with interested homeowners and close.

What You Will Do
- Meet with homeowners at their property to present and close impact window and door projects
- Build trust quickly and guide homeowners through their options in both English and Spanish
- Close deals and hand off cleanly to our post sales team
- Represent the Grey and White brand with professionalism in every appointment
What We Are Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior sales experience (required); in home or home improvement sales experience is a strong advantage
- A proven ability to close
- A reliable car and a valid driver license
- Comfortable traveling across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach for appointments
- Self motivated and goal driven

Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
