Sleep Study Coordinator — Home Sleep Testing (HST)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting at 10:00 AM (10:00 AM–6:30 PM, paid)
About the Role We're looking for an organized, personable Sleep Study Coordinator to own the patient experience for our home sleep testing program. This is a patient-facing role: you'll be the person who gets patients scheduled, walks them through their take-home sleep device, and follows up to make sure every study is completed and returned successfully. What You'll Do
- Schedule and confirm home sleep study appointments, coordinating with providers and clinical staff across multiple locations
- Contact patients to enroll them in testing, explain the process, and answer questions with patience and warmth
- Educate patients on how to use their home sleep test device and what to expect, in person and by phone
- Track devices out, devices returned, and study completion — following up promptly with patients who haven't returned equipment or completed their test
- Coordinate with our billing/authorization team to confirm insurance approvals are in place before scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our practice management system
- Answer phones professionally and provide excellent front-desk and customer support
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — you'll be working with a diverse patient population every day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable on the phone and in person with patients
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling/EHR software)
- Medical or dental front-office experience strongly preferred; sleep, pulmonary, or DME experience a big plus
- A positive, can-do attitude and the reliability to own your daily workflow

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
