Part time Multi-Department Associate (Front Desk / Housekeeping / Laundry / Shuttle)

- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling; shifts may include weekends and holidays as needed.
Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Multi-Department Associate to support overall hotel operations. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will assist across multiple departments, including front desk operations, housekeeping, laundry services, shuttle driving, and other hotel needs as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist at the front desk with guest check-in, check-out, and general guest services
- Support housekeeping operations, including cleaning guest rooms and common areas as needed
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens
- Operate hotel shuttle services to transport guests safely and professionally
- Complete daily side work and general cleaning tasks throughout the property
- Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Support various departments to ensure smooth daily hotel operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all safety and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods
- Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
