Responsibilities
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
· Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments.
· Prepare and present detailed proposals to homeowners and commercial clients.
· Manage paperwork, permits, and contracts for compliance.
· Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
· Supervise job sites during critical phases to ensure quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
· Sales experience preferred; roofing/construction knowledge is a plus but not required.
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and strong communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to learn and adapt quickly – TMRE provides full training.
Technical Skills
· Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to manage photos and project documentation.
· Comfortable using digital tools for proposals and scheduling.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to climb roofs with slopes up to 7/12 safely.
· Ability to enter and maneuver in attic spaces.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission
- High earning potential for top performers.
-Year 1 target revenue = $100,000 minimum
