Member Duties : Review and support the changes or creation of policies for recruitment activities; Refine and develop new opportunities, resources and partners; Outreach to new partners to support increased recruitment; Develop tracking systems, communication protocols, or partnership frameworks for staff use; Include an area for historical context, process to get involved, ways to get involved etc.; Research on better ways of community engagement by attending community meetings and events and interviewing community members and partners; Develop a written plan for recruitment with steps, costs, needs, strengths and weaknesses; Continue to update internal database to track opportunities and contacts; Work with Urban Corps marketing team to develop additional recruitment tools or opportunities
