Line Cook – Rudders Public House
Rudders Public House in Kittery is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in putting out consistent, quality food. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and a kitchen where hard work is noticed and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently
- Work grill, fry, sauté, and other stations as needed
- Handle prep work and keep your station stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
- Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen and FOH team
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Someone who can work independently while still being part of a team
