ABOUT THIS ROLE
You are the main point of contact for our clients on the loan side — the voice they hear, the person they trust, and the one who walks them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. You'll help clients complete their applications, gather documents, and stay informed at every step of the process. The right person for this role is organized AND a great communicator — because you'll be doing both every single day.
No mortgage experience? No problem. We will train you on everything you need to know from day one. What we can't teach is work ethic, energy, and the ability to make people feel comfortable and confident. That part has to come from you.
HOURS: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm some weekends required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the loan process
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Help clients complete their mortgage applications and gather required documents
Follow up with clients on outstanding items, updates, and next steps
Coordinate with our internal loan team to keep files moving forward
Make sure every client feels informed, supported, and taken care of

Fluent in Spanish and English — required

Mortgage or real estate experience is NOT required. We provide full training.
