We are seeking a visionary, Board-Certified Neurologist to serve as the Medical Director for our rapidly expanding healthcare organization. This is a high-impact executive role designed for an ambitious physician leader passionate about shaping clinical excellence, driving program development, and elevating neurology services across the Tri-State area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide comprehensive medical oversight and direct the strategic expansion of neurology services across regional facilities.
- Team Development: Mentor, collaborate with, and evaluate advanced practice providers (APPs) and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure top-tier care delivery.
- Clinical Governance: Establish and maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety protocols, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Quality Improvement: Champion multi-state clinical oversight initiatives, workflow optimizations, and quality assurance programs.
Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Certification: Active Board Certification in Neurology.
- Licensure: Active medical licensure in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
- Licensing Support: If you currently hold 1 or 2 of these state licenses, our internal licensing department will fully assist, expedite, and manage the process of securing your remaining license(s).
- Experience: Proven track record of clinical excellence, with strong communication and mentorship capabilities. Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits:
