Director of Maintenance

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall facility operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional development
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance department operates efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
