We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Group Sales/Reservations Specialist to join our hospitality team at North Texas Jellystone Park. Duties
- Manage group sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Coordinate reservations for large groups, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings
- Assist guests with special requests, providing personalized service to enhance their stay experience
- Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities
- Handle guest concerns or issues promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and hospitality management expertise
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management, guest services, or hospitality sales roles with a focus on group reservations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong knowledge of management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient reservation processing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with guests confidently
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, and resort environments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
- Passion for hospitality management with a focus on guest relations and hotel experience
