What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols within a financial institution location.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor access credentials, and/or direct guests in accordance with security-related policies and post instructions.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel when needed.

Support access control functions by documenting arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or visitor interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or emergency responders regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and front desk activity as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
