Role Overview:
As a Live In Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure support for seniors and individuals with disabilities, fostering their independence and comfort. Working on-site with our clients, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal care assistance, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.

Help clients with daily chores including light housekeeping, laundry and running errands.

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the leadership team.

Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks as required.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

A second language is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to undertake ongoing training and education.

Must have CPR and First Aid training.

Be able to pass a background check.
