As a Companion, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the individuals we serve. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to individuals.
- Assisting with daily activities to promote independence and community integration.
- Encouraging self-advocacy and helping individuals navigate social and community settings.
- Supporting the mission of Helping Others To Succeed Inc. by fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field or working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to inclusion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
- A commitment to our mission of enhancing lives and promoting independence.
