As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our young patients receive excellent care in a safe, supportive, and welcoming setting. You’ll assist the dentist during exams and procedures, provide patient education, and help maintain a smooth and efficient office environment. Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Assistant License with the State of WA required
- Previous experience as a dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with children and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
