Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team at our premier spa and skincare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role offers opportunities to perform advanced esthetic services, while maintaining a welcoming environment that emphasizes sanitation and customer satisfaction. The Licensed Esthetician will also be responsible for retail sales, product demonstrations, and engaging with clients through social media management to promote our services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, corrective facials, chemical peels. micro-channeling.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Varago.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage; conduct product demos to enhance retail sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, skincare technology, and industry best practices.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Support management with daily operations and contribute to a positive guest experience through excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Valid esthetician certification required.
- Required 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of skin care products such as Skin Better, PCA, Face Reality, Viviant, Osmosis, GlyMed+, and many more.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Varago.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client engagement.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in esthetic practices.
