What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and comfort to our customers by:
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting HVAC equipment to accurately diagnose issues
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical system faults
- Servicing air handlers, reheat coils, ductwork, vents, and condensate drainage systems
- Identifying potential maintenance concerns and equipment risks
- Performing emergency repairs efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
- Documenting repairs and completed work using ServiceTitan software
- Clearly explaining issues, solutions, and recommendations to homeowners
- Recommending products and services that improve system performance and efficiency
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
