Dental Office Manager - Multi-Specialty Practice

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, optimize systems, and drive the financial success of the practice.

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Monday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: Two Saturday per month, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Oversee, mentor, and schedule front-office and back-office staff. Boost team morale, foster a positive culture, and handle conflict resolution.
- Financial Operations & Billing: Deeply manage the practice's financial health, including insurance verification, electronic billing processing, and accurate tracking of HMO/PPO plans.
- Collections & Payroll: Oversee daily patient collections, accounts receivable tracking, and manage staff hours/payroll processing.
- Treatment Coordination & Revenue Growth: Present complex, multi-specialty financial treatment plans to patients, secure case acceptance, and drive the office to meet monthly production and collection goals.
- Daily Operations: Optimize the daily schedule for maximum efficiency across General Dentistry and specialty rotations, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience (REQUIRED): Minimum 2+ years of dental office management experience OR 4+ years as a high-volume Treatment Coordinator. Applicants without dental environment experience will not be considered.
- Language (REQUIRED): Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively serve our diverse community and patient base.
- Billing Mastery: Thorough, expert-level understanding of dental billing, dental terminology, claims submission, and insurance navigation (PPO/HMO).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing individuals, handling payroll, and building a cohesive, productive team.
- Case Acceptance: Strong background in presenting large financial cases and working with third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit).
- Software Savvy: Proficiency with modern dental practice management software Open Dental
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA standards.
