Job Description:
We are expanding our team in the Red Wing area and are building a pipeline of qualified CDL School Bus Drivers for upcoming opportunities!
If you’re a safety-focused, reliable driver who enjoys working with children and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to connect with you. While positions may not start immediately, this is a great opportunity to get in early and be among the first considered as routes become available.
What We Offer:
- $26–$32 per hour (DOE)
- Flexible scheduling (morning and afternoon routes)

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school and activities
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe bus environment
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, parents, and school staff
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record
- Class D Valid Driver's License - WE WILL TRAIN YOU
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
- Previous school bus driving experience preferred, but not required
