Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate various menu items in a timely manner
- Assist with menu planning and contribute to new recipe development
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- A culinary or cooking school diploma is a plus
