Executive Leadership & Strategy

Provide overall leadership for the Mechanical Division, setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations.

Provide leadership over estimating ensuring all project costs are monitored often acting as a liaison between client, site leadership and executives within the company.

Develop and execute long‑term strategies aligned with semiconductor industry requirements and client expectations.

Build strong relationships with TSMC stakeholders, trade partners, and internal teams.

Responsible for compliance with all Site and Marquis Policies and Procedures.

Responsible for providing indirect/support staffing recommendations and oversite.
-
Ensures compliance with all legal requirements governing the work. Both Davis Bacon and Non-Davis Bacon jobs in effect.

Apprenticeship Programs Oversite and Compliance.
P&L Ownership

Manage full profit and loss for the Mechanical Division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Ensure financial discipline across all projects and business units.
Estimating & Preconstruction
-
Lead mechanical estimating Team efforts for semiconductor projects, including conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and competitive proposals.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and cost models.

Evaluate constructability, schedule impacts, and risk factors during preconstruction phase.

Pricing strategy and market insights from others.?
Field Operations & Craft Management

Oversees Site Operations Managers for all mechanical craft labor, including pipefitters, welders, HVAC technicians, and related trades.

Ensure field teams meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Support workforce planning, craft development, and talent retention initiatives.

Partner with project leadership to resolve field challenges and maintain schedule integrity.
