Job Title: Outdoor Member Services - $15 an hour plus tips
About the Role: This member-facing position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. In addition to managing all cart operations, Member Services Staff play an active role in supporting the golf shop, practice facilities, and overall member experience.In this role, you will assist the Golf Professionals in maintaining the practice facilities, help the golf shop manage an organized and efficient tee sheet, and ensure that golf carts and on-course amenities are clean, well-stocked, and in excellent condition. You will play an important role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests.Successful candidates should have a basic understanding of golf course operations, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional service in a team-oriented environment.Some specific examples include: washing and detailing carts, greeting members as they arrive, picking up range balls, refilling water coolers, delivering food and drink orders to members on the golf course
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking college-aged team members who are available to work from late July through early November. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and enjoy working outdoors in a customer-focused environment. While the primary season runs through early November, limited shifts may be available from November through March based on weather conditions and operational needs.
