Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records in software like QuickBooks and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofing documents for accuracy
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and proofreading correspondence
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Effective phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively
- Proven office management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
