Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end retail environment, delivers unparalleled customer service, and has a genuine love for fashion and fine footwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every client
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Rangoni Firenze products, materials, and craftsmanship
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects brand standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and Italian craftsmanship
- Ability to build rapport and provide a memorable client experience
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
