Who you are:
- RN currently licensed in the State.
- Current CPR certification.
Geriatric/rehabilitation and Supervisory experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing.

General Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management and operation of the assisted living wing (14 beds) and memory care wing (12 beds) in cooperation with the Director of Nursing and the Associate Executive Director. This role includes overseeing resident care, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a safe and supportive environment for residents. The ADON will work closely with residents, families, and staff to consistently meet high standards of care to improve their quality of life.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequent standing, stooping, bending, stretching, squatting; must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday; must be able to lift, transfer, turn and position residents weighing up to 125 lbs. unassisted, or with the assistance of one for a resident weight over 125 lbs. May be subjected to offensive odors and combative behavior. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. frequently, and 50lbs. occasionally. May be exposed to communicable diseases including the HIV and HBV viruses. Must be able to work paying close attention to detail with frequent interruptions.
