Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced production associate to fill an opening at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidates should be able to perform job duties while working in a clean room environment that requires clean room gowning.
Requirements of the Production Associate:
- Ability to follow and understand production records and procedures
- Understanding of basic math and writing skills to accurately document production activities in batch records and/or logbooks
- Attention to detail is required for documentation in production documents
- Basic computer proficiency
- Capability to operate on a fast-paced manual assembly line using basic production equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to perform activities above your head
- Understanding of basic computer software
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Possess soft skills and can be reliable
- Have reliable transportation
- Willing to work in a team environment
- Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Perform in-process sampling, testing and inspection on the packaging line
- Assist in the setup/disassembly/cleaning of the syringe filling/stoppering equipment
- Assist in the preparation of equipment and parts for sterilization
- Assemble components
- Keep clean room environment clean
- Any other work-related duties assigned by supervisor
- Show up with a positive and can do attitude
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM
$20/hour!
