What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral health assessments via telehealth
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Maintain timely EHR documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
- Deliver culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking patients
What We're Looking For
- Active Illinois LSW or LPC license
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Comfortable using telehealth and EHR systems
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Preferred
- 1+ year of behavioral health experience
- Telehealth experience
- CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused Therapy experience
