Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fertility Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the fertility or surrogacy industry and be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation process, building trust, and helping them choose the most appropriate reproductive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide professional consultation on the Company’s fertility services, including IVF, surrogacy, egg donation, and embryo laboratory services, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, follow up on inquiries, and achieve sales conversion goals.
· Coordinate with physicians, embryologists, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
· Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Participate in marketing campaigns, educational seminars, and community outreach events to support business development.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of sales or consulting experience in fertility clinics, IVF centers, surrogacy agencies, or other reproductive healthcare-related organizations.
· Strong understanding of fertility treatments and/or surrogacy services.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required.

我们正在寻找一位富有热情且经验丰富的辅助生殖销售顾问加入团队。您将作为客户咨询的第一窗口，为客户提供专业的辅助生殖咨询服务，帮助客户了解并选择适合自己的生育方案，建立长期信任关系，并推动客户签约。
岗位职责
· 为客户提供公司试管婴儿（IVF）、代孕、捐卵、胚胎实验室等服务的专业咨询，协助客户选择合适的生育方案。
· 跟进客户咨询，建立并维护良好的客户关系，推动客户签约，完成销售目标。
· 与医生、胚胎实验室及相关部门密切协作，为客户提供高效、专业的服务体验。
· 负责客户信息及销售进度的管理，及时维护CRM系统。
· 配合市场团队参与品牌推广、客户讲座及各类市场活动，支持业务发展。
任职要求
· 本科及以上学历优先；
· 2年以上辅助生殖（IVF）、代孕机构或其他生殖医疗相关行业销售或咨询经验；
· 熟悉辅助生殖及代孕业务流程，具备良好的专业知识；
· 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、销售能力及客户服务意识；
· 工作积极主动，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神；
· 中英文听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
