Spanish Lakes is looking for someone to join our Utilities Maintenance team. Candidates must have experience in 3 phase electrical, mechanics, pipe fitting and all aspects of subsurface/underground utilities. Pool knowledge and culvert repair would be a plus. Spanish Lakes has several locations from Fort Pierce to Port St. Lucie so applicant must have a valid driver's license, reliable work vehicle, preferably a truck, and provide their own basic tools. Any major equipment and basic training we will provide. This job is an outside position and includes working with sewage regularly, so applicant must have the ability to work in the elements.
