- Work directly with Flooring Manager to write up quotes and communicate with customers for order confirmations.
- Responsible for tracking orders from sale to PO, to order, to delivery to warehouse, to delivery to job site. Ability to track product for each job and expedite if necessary.
- Communicate daily with flooring team to coordinate project flow
- Work with estimator and purchasing to ensure jobs are bid and ordered in timely fashion. Verify all necessary product information and pricing is included in quote before flipping to sale ensuring purchasing has all information needed to process order.
- Communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and contractors. Be able to help troubleshoot any issues that arise with product that has been ordered for a contractor’s job.
- Work directly with Customer Service on any service issues that arise with installs on contractor job sites.
- Responsible for updating sample boards for showroom.
- Responsible for helping flooring team maintain a clean and organized flooring showroom.
- Responsible for obtaining customer sign off/selections
- Ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects at once.
- Provide invoices and statements as needed to customers and contractors
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
