Anderson Management Executives, a sales and development firm that builds long-term partnerships, is seeking a full-time Entry Level Account Manager in Cleveland to be the partner our customers need for their Kinetic Fiber service.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will receive account and management training that frames every account into something bigger: your reputation, your portfolio, your career. The Entry Level Account Manager manages our customers' accounts for decade-long relationships.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while providing ongoing account support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Assist customers with account setup, service updates, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance.
- Educate customers on available Kinetic Fiber services, account features, and service options.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account documentation, and service updates.
- Monitor customer accounts to help ensure services continue to meet customer needs.
- Follow up with customers to provide continued support and promote long-term customer satisfaction.
- Represent Kinetic Fiber professionally during all customer interactions.
Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Account Manager
- High school diploma and 18 years of age.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
