I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking. I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to build my own business while making a meaningful impact in the local community and helping people protect what matters most.
I attended University of Mississippi, where I played football. I’m a proud father of two and enjoy traveling and spending time with my family whenever possible. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active with local schools and proudly sponsor a Student Athlete of the Month award at the local high school. Supporting young people and recognizing hard work and achievement are values that align closely with our agency culture.

Brandon Jacobs - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
