Our company is now formally seeking a qualified and professional HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources function with high standards of compliance, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including position approval, job posting, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
2. Ensure completion and filing of employment eligibility verification forms (I-9) and taxpayer identification forms (W-9) in accordance with federal and state requirements.
3. Administer payroll, tax withholding, benefits, and employee records in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
4. Handle employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and workplace compliance.
5. Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information and sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
3. Thorough knowledge of U.S. employment laws, I-9 compliance, W-9 requirements, tax procedures, and payroll practices.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
