Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of building tasks. Your energy and attention to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse construction activities while contributing to the creation of quality structures.
Duties
- Assist with site setup, including unloading materials and preparing work areas for construction activities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, formwork construction, and concrete finishing
- Support concrete pouring, mixing, cutting, and finishing processes to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) according to blueprints and technical drawings for structural stability
- Help with heavy lifting, material transportation, and equipment operation on construction sites
- Follow all safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards and protocols
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications
- Perform masonry, stucco application, roofing support, carpentry (including trim carpentry), and renovation tasks as needed
- Support demolition, restoration work, or other specialized trades such as welding or tile laying when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar laborer role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations is essential for maintaining a secure environment
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Experience in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or flooring installation will be advantageous
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working outdoors in varying conditions

Pay: $25.35 - $30.53 per hour
