Job Summary
Atlas MedTrans is seeking caring, dependable, and professional individuals to join our growing team as Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to patients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare destinations throughout Ohio.
No prior NEMT experience is required but is a plus. We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. All required training expenses will be covered by the company, including CPR certification, First Aid certification, passenger assistance training, wheelchair securement training, and industry-recognized driver assistance programs such as PASS and DRIVE certifications.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
- Assist ambulatory and wheelchair passengers with boarding, exiting, and securement.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
- Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, and dispatch.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and respond appropriately to emergencies using provided training.

Qualifications
- At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug/alcohol screenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and safety-focused
- Previous transportation, healthcare, or caregiving experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
