- Complete company-provided training and obtain required state licenses.
- Stay informed about industry trends, financial concepts, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuing education.
Compliance & Ethics
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Follow all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Conduct business with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- No prior financial services experience required.
- Training and licensing assistance provided.
- Sales, customer service, leadership, education, or business experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to obtain any required state insurance and/or securities licenses.
