Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage seating arrangements, and handle reservations with professionalism
- Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing
- Support banquet service by coordinating food delivery and guest assistance during events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS confidently
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen work is a plus
- Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, and guest relations in hotel or restaurant settings
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and service
