WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners who may need assistance after significant weather events or when concerns arise with their property's exterior. Your job is to help customers understand what they may be dealing with and guide them through the next steps with professionalism and care.
You will:
- Meet with homeowners to understand their concerns and property needs.
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections once properly trained.
- Identify potential storm-related issues and explain your findings clearly.
- Help customers navigate the insurance restoration process from initial conversation through the next steps.
- Collaborate with managers and experienced sales leaders to continually improve your skills.
No roofing background is required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other face-to-face professional environments can be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation is designed to reward consistent performance and production.
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Typically $500 to approximately $4,000 based on production.
- Annual Opportunity: Dedicated, consistent performers have the potential to reach six-figure annual earnings.
