Job Summary
Berry Good Roofing is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Siding and Gutter coordinator to join our construction management team. In this role, you will help homeowners choose siding and gutter material and coordinate product install, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across all phases of construction projects. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help drive project success, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Duties
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Track project progress, update schedules, and prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate communication between us and our most important clients to streamline project workflows and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate directly with homeowners regarding scheduling and project status.
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction site operations or related roles demonstrating understanding of construction processes
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills a huge plus
- Prior experience working in residential construction projects is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
