Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our peptide manufacturing and quality control facility. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their laboratory career who wants to learn in a structured, regulated environment. Full training will be provided on all key procedures, equipment, and compliance requirements. No prior pharmaceutical or peptide experience is required.
In this role, you will be trained on and supported through the following areas:

Receive, log, and track incoming peptide samples including raw materials and finished products

Assist with sample preparation, dilutions, and handling under the guidance of experienced lab staff

Learn to perform analytical testing such as pH measurement, moisture content, and basic quality checks

Support HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis — full training provided

Learn FTIR spectroscopy for identity confirmation — training provided
-
Flag and escalate any unusual or out-of-specification results to the Lab Director promptly

Assist with routine microbiological testing procedures as directed by senior lab staff
-
Help prepare laboratory media, reagents, and cultures under supervision
-
Support environmental monitoring activities including air and surface sampling
-
Follow cleanroom protocols and procedures — training will be provided
-
Learn to operate and maintain key laboratory instruments including balances, pH meters, and pipettes
-
Assist with routine equipment cleaning, calibration checks, and record-keeping
-
Maintain organized, accurate logs for all equipment and testing activities
-
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines as trained
-
Accurately record testing data in laboratory notebooks and systems in compliance with GLP/GDP standards

Learn and adhere to cGMP documentation practices — guidance provided throughout onboarding

Support the lab in maintaining audit-ready records and documentation
-
Assist with sample collection for cleaning validation and environmental monitoring

Support ongoing stability studies for finished products under defined conditions
-
Help with data entry and record maintenance for validation activities

Assist in preparing and packaging samples for submission to external contract laboratories
-
Help manage chain-of-custody documentation and coordinate sample logistics

Learn to review certificates of analysis (COAs) and document results in lab systems
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in accordance with cGMP standards
-
Dispose of biohazard, chemical, and peptide-related waste per applicable safety regulations
-
Monitor reagent and supply inventory; assist with replenishment requests

High School Diploma or GED
-
Basic familiarity with laboratory settings, whether through coursework, internship, or entry-level work experience
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures precisely
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
-
Ability to work safely with chemicals and biological materials with proper PPE (training provided)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related science
-
Any hands-on laboratory experience — academic labs, internships, or prior lab assistant roles all count

Familiarity with basic lab documentation practices (GLP, GDP, lab notebooks)

Exposure to analytical instruments (any type) — we will train on all equipment specific to this role

Interest in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or compounding environments
This role is designed for candidates who are motivated to learn. You will receive hands-on training in:

HPLC operation and data interpretation

FTIR spectroscopy and raw material testing

Microbiological and endotoxin (LAL) testing

Environmental monitoring protocols

cGMP, GLP, and GDP documentation standards

FDA regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 111/211) as it applies to your role

Lyophilization (freeze-drying) support and stability testing

$20.00 per hour (entry-level; placement based on experience)
