Looking to add a 2nd shift driver to the team. This is a NON CDL position. Shift is Monday Through Friday 3:30pm to 12:30am Must beable to pass background and drug screen.

Join our dynamic team as a Yard Jockey on the 2nd Shift, where you will play a vital role in efficiently managing the movement and organization of trailers within our yard. This position offers an energetic environment focused on safety, precision, and teamwork. As a Yard Jockey, you will operate specialized equipment to position trailers for loading, unloading, and storage, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Your expertise in commercial truck driving and trailer handling will contribute directly to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Safely maneuver trailers within the yard
- Transport trailers to designated locations for loading
- Conduct routine inspections of trailers for safety, damage, or hazardous conditions before moving or coupling.
- Maintain accurate logs of trailer movements.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient trailer placement and readiness for next operations.
Skills
- Familiarity with tractor-trailer operations.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work safely around heavy equipment such as forklifts while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
