Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant – Pediatric Dentistry
Compensation: $23.00–$32.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 4–5 days weekly, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: 1–2 Saturdays per month
Work Setting: On-site in Sunnyvale, California
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Coordinator to become part of our pediatric dental team. This position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys helping children and families, excels at customer service, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Our practice utilizes modern digital systems and provides specialized dental care for infants, children, teenagers, and young adults. We take pride in creating a positive, welcoming experience while delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families and assist them throughout their visit
- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic records and perform various administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between patients, parents, and office staff
- Assist with daily front-desk operations and office organization
- Support efficient patient flow and overall office productivity
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

Location Requirement
