Job Title: Client Service Specialist
Terms: Part-Time permanent

About the role: Assist financial advisors in managing and organizing office work flow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. This role will report to the business development manager.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Answer client questions and provide account-related information (as permitted)
- Maintain and update client management systems (CRM)
- Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars, conduct appointment reminders
- Track client life events and execute client appreciation efforts
- Greet clients and deliver a high-touch hospitality experience
- Coordinate client appreciation events and seminars
- Handle incoming prospect inquiries and schedule appointments
- Manage workflow and assist with day-to-day business operations
- Prepare correspondence and communications for advisor approval
- Maintain files and records in accordance with compliance requirements
- Track business correspondence, new accounts, and outstanding items
- Liaise with corporate office to resolve account and operational issues
- Support account setup and service-related processes
- Coordinate and execute projects (e.g., seminars, marketing initiatives)
- Help optimize and utilize firm tools (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)
- Assist advisors, paraplanners, and team members with operational tasks
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Conduct transaction requests as directed

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- 1-3+ years of administrative, customer/client service, or financial industry experience
- Ability (or willingness) to obtain relevant licenses (Series 7, Series 66, Insurance) preferred
- Proficiency in office technology and CRM systems
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
