What You’ll Do

Help with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, and grooming

Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

Assist with medications and track health needs
-
Support fun outings, community involvement, and social events

Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans

Keep clear and accurate documentation
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Stay calm and take action during emergencies or crisis situations

Work closely and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and families
Flexible Scheduling Details
Mandatory Orientation/Training:

2 consecutive weeks, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? After Training – YOU Choose:

Pick from open shifts based on your availability

Perfect for those needing a schedule that fits around school, another job, or family time
Minimum Hours Requirement:

Must work at least 30 hours per month to stay active in the PRN role
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED
-
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Have your own vehicle
-
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during training)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical care needs

Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities

Patience, empathy, and reliability
-
Ability to pass background checks
-
Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays when needed
