Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Deptford, New Jersey. Our LCSW will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of experience working with older adults in a behavioral health setting
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
