Lead an Advanced Dental Laboratory
Are you an experienced dental laboratory leader with a passion for advanced restorative dentistry, digital workflows, and developing high-performing teams?
We are seeking an exceptional Full-Time Dental Laboratory Manager to lead our in-house dental laboratory in Jacksonville, Florida. This role oversees a comprehensive in-house laboratory supporting eight clinical locations providing complex restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, implant restorations, removable prosthetics, CAD/CAM, digital design, 3D printing, and milling technologies.
Working alongside an experienced team of restorative dentists and specialists, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional esthetics, function, precision, and patient outcomes while leading a talented laboratory team.
- Salary Range: $127,000 – $147,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to $35,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to eight laboratory technicians.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate laboratory personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Laboratory Opearations
- Oversee all laboratory production including:
o Crown & Bridge
o Complex Restorative Cases
o Implant Restorations
o Full-Arch Implant Prosthetics
o Implant Overdentures
o Removable Prosthetics
o CAD/CAM Digital Design
o 3D Printing and Milling
- Manage production scheduling, workflow efficiency, and turnaround times.
- Continuously improve laboratory processes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Digital Dentistry & Technology
- Lead all digital workflows utilizing Exocad, 3Shape, CAD/CAM, milling, scanners, and 3D printing technologies.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and optimized.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve efficiency and patient outcomes
Restorative & Implant Excellence
- Collaborate closely with dentists to treatment plan and fabricate complex restorative cases.
- Provide technical expertise for crown & bridge, implant-supported restorations, full-arch rehabilitation, overdentures, and esthetic prosthetics.
- Work chairside when needed to optimize fit, function, occlusion, esthetics, and overall clinical outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex restorative cases from treatment planning through final delivery
Quality Assurance
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all laboratory products.
- Develop systems that improve consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Resolve technical and workflow challenges quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 7 years of dental laboratory experience.
- Previous laboratory leadership or supervisory experience.
- Extensive experience with fixed prosthodontics including crown & bridge and implant restorations.
- Strong knowledge of complex restorative dentistry and esthetic prosthetics.
- Proficiency with Exocad and/or 3Shape.
- Experience with CAD/CAM milling, 3D printing, scanners, and digital laboratory workflows.
- Strong understanding of implant systems, scan bodies, custom abutments, and restorative components.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to work chairside with dentists to achieve optimal restorative outcomes.
Preferred
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT)
- Experience with Ivoclar IvoBase Denture System
- Experience with Full-Arch Implant (All-on-X) workflows
- Experience with Implant Overdentures
- Experience implementing laboratory process improvements and workflow optimization
