WORK TYPE: Full-Time Hybrid Sales Position
LOCATION DETAILS: Central Texas Territory
This position operates in a hybrid environment between a home office, schools, athletic facilities, community organizations, and local events throughout the Central Texas area. Candidates must currently reside within or near the Central Texas region to effectively manage customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
WORK HOURS:
Hours may vary depending on customer needs. Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required during peak sports seasons, tournaments, and special events.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel is primarily local throughout the Central Texas territory, including schools, youth organizations, and athletic programs. Some overnight travel may occasionally be required for tournaments, meetings, and vendor events.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
A Sales Representative at Fitness First Sports is responsible for developing new business relationships, servicing existing customers, and helping grow the company’s presence throughout Central Texas. This role plays a key part in supporting coaches, schools, leagues, and organizations with uniforms, equipment, spirit wear, and athletic solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, leagues, coaches, and community organizations throughout Central Texas.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to help simplify the purchasing process for coaches and administrators.
- Generate revenue and meet individual sales goals through prospecting, relationship-building, and account management.
- Develop and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, community involvement, and local events.
- Manage customer accounts, sales activities, and follow-ups using company CRM and organizational tools.
- Expand sales opportunities across multiple sports and organizations at all levels.
- Represent Fitness First Sports professionally at tournaments, community events, and school functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous outside sales, B2B sales, retail sporting goods, or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
